Replies usually take a day or two.
Wrong conversion
Tell us the date, the two time zones and what the tool said, and what you expected instead. That is enough to reproduce almost anything.
Tool requests
Say what the calculator would do and where you would use it. Requests that fit the “runs in your browser” rule are the ones that get built.
Privacy questions
Ask anything about what is and is not stored. The short answer is in the privacy policy.
Before you write
If a result looks wrong, check your device clock first. Everything on the page reads the system time, so a clock that is a few minutes or a few hours out will show up here. If the clock is right and the answer is still wrong, it is worth reloading once — that clears most browser quirks, and it is the first thing we will ask. After that, the report is genuinely useful and we would like to have it.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a date you did not save, and we cannot tell you what a form will accept. Nothing is stored on our side, which is the point — but it also means there is no history to look up and no record of what you entered.
